Full job description:

* Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators

* Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning

* Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator breakdowns

* Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems

* Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out

* Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues

* Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
