Job Description

Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators . Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning

Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator breakdowns

Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems . Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out

Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
