Ensure preventive maintenance is rendered effectively and timely.

Clearly and professionally interact with the customer, regarding the status of commissioning, on a daily basis.

Monitoring & oversee service and repair of equipment under AMC and to ensure timely follow up for AMC renewal Willing.

Attending to Preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.

Working as a Field Service Engineer. Working knowledge of CR Systems, X-ray, Ultrasound machines

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer Specialized in CR Systems, X-ray, Ultrasound machines in hospitals and clinics.

Responsible for Installation of New machines.

Provide Breakdown maintenance of the machines on-site as well as online support.

Attending day to the day service request.

Instruct and train the hospital staff on working and functioning of medical equipment Converting warranty jobs to a maintenance contract, renewing existing annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
