We are seeking a GPS Technician to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications, as well as a good understanding of computer systems, GPS devices, and other tech products.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues

- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

- Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

- Prepare accurate and timely reports

Requirements:

- Electronics and ITI/ Diploma Holders encouraged to hers encouraged to apply.

- 0-1 year of experience in installing, configuring, or supporting business applications

- Good understanding of computer systems,GPS devices, and other tech products

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
