Job Description Position : Electronics Technician

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Technician with a diploma in electronics to join our

team. The ideal candidate should have practical skills in electronics testing, soldering,

component kitting, and familiarity with 5S workplace organization principles. This position

involves supporting our production team by ensuring components are correctly assembled,

organized, and tested for quality.

Responsibilities:

Testing: Conduct functional testing of electronic components and assemblies to ensure they

meet quality standards.

Soldering: Perform precise soldering on PCBs and other electronic components to complete

assemblies.

Component Kitting: Gather and organize components according to production needs to

streamline assembly processes.

5S Implementation: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by following 5S

principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Documentation: Record and report testing results, identify and address defects, and

maintain organized records of assembled components.
