Complete electrical Maintenance of Depot, Housing Complex & Office Bldg. Lights and other electrical fixtures and fault repair by replacement of faulty parts .2 Maintenance of Electrical Panels (both old/ new PMCC and EPMCC):

a To attend Break down

b Daily inspection of the panels, replacement of faulty parts

c Maintenance of all electrical panels including PMCC panel, DG set panels, Lighting Distribution board, Electrical Substations.

d Regular inspection and cleaning of the same thoroughly and make free of dust, cobwebs, rusts and other foreign materials by using vacuum cleaner and applying suitable quality metal cleaner/polisher as required for proper upkeep of the panels.

e Periodical maintenance of contactor kits. The job will include visual inspection, servicing of kits by cleaning with CRC spray or change of kit if necessary.

f Monthly dusting of the panel inside.

3 D.:

a To maintain & ensure auto operation of both the DG Sets. If not operating automatically, manual operation to be done along with breakers

b Ensure availability of spares in consultation with officer - in -charge.

c To carry out daily / weekly / monthly checks as per OEM Schedule.

d Assist OEM representative during inspection.

e Maintenance & charging of batteries of DG sets.

f Top up of fuel tanks of DG sets whenever required.

g Topping up of Lubricants whenever required.

h Maintenance of records of daily/periodic checks, replacement of parts etc.

4 Fire Water Engine and Jockey Pumps:

a To maintain & Test Run the Fire Water Engine and Jockey Pumps

b Ensure availability of spares in consultation with officer - in -charge.

c To carry out daily / weekly / monthly / yearly checks as per OEM Schedule

d Assist OEM representative during inspection.

e Maintenance & charging of batteries of Fire Engines.

f Top up of fuel tanks of Fire Engines whenever required.

g Topping up of Lubricants whenever required.
