 Installation of home automation products at customer premises

 Able to handle the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, Invertor , generator

power supply)

 Load evaluation

 Trouble shoot the electrical appliance connectivity

 Trouble shoot the home automation modules connectivity issues

 Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints

 Escalation on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management
