Job Description

Carries out initial site surveys and preparing the cost estimates

Ensure Technical compliance with Design Standards and Requirements

Ensure the execution of works as per our Drawings and Schedules

An effective team leader with excellent inter personnel skills and the ability to lead and work with a team of personnel

Assembles the execution team, organize them and manage the Manpower properly

Manage the Sub-contractor's team and the work

Ensure compliance with quality standards

Responsible for safety measures / practices by our company and by the contractor. Promote zero accident philosophy

Ensure the supplies as per the issued work order and BOQ

Verify contractor invoices are in accordance with actual work performed and in compliance with the Contract

Ensure the allotment of works to the employees and ensure to perform their work satisfactorily without delays

Check the technical specifications of supplied materials

Managing the execution time, cost and quality standards of the Project

Liaison with Local Statutory Bodies, Government Agencies, external consultants & architects

Ensuring the smooth execution of the works in all aspects

Sending daily reports of self and other technical staff to Head Office

Maintain the Attendance and Leave Registers at site and send the same to Head Office

Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Meeting for Client Meeting

Review of testing, commissioning and erection procedures

Ensure the work completion of your project and get the Completion Certificate from the Client

Co-ordinate with Purchase Department and Billing Department in Head Office for Payment
