**Job Description:**

Electrical Sales Engineer

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support

- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary

- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information

- Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions

- Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and make recommendations for improvements

- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues

- Process customer orders and returns quickly and accurately

- Maintain and update customer records in the company database promptly and accurately

- Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction with their experience

- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction levels and highlight areas for improvement

- Train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent, Freshers Welcome

**Salary:** ₹300,000 - ₹400,000 per year
