Requirements

● Willingness to travel pan India and abroad

● Valid passport.

● Able to plan and manage client sites.

● Handling site teams efficiently .

● Strong administrative skills.

● Strong process knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years in a production environment. Ability to head minimum 100 people with experience shown.

● Background/Qualification – Electrical Engineering with grades above 70% - 80% from reputed university

● Excellent communication skills.

● Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control

● Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.

● Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have valid passport).

Responsibilities

● Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.

● Resolving labour disputes, where requested.

● Ensuring that production is on schedule and handling upcoming deadlines.

● Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.

● Ensure that all equipment, materials, and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes timely.

● Manage performance reviews for employees.

● Assist in documenting all work instructions and procedures.

● Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.

● Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.
