We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical operations within our organization. As the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical team, including electricians, technicians, and other personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Plann, schedule, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budgetary constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems and operations.

Develop and implement strategies to improve electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and standards.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and components.

Evaluate and recommend electrical equipment, tools, and materials to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for electrical issues and emergencies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely availability of electrical resources.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance the electrical department's performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in managing electrical operations, preferably in [industry/sector].
