Job Description:

1. Managing layout construction projects, focusing on layout and technical aspects.

2. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for implementation.

3. Preparing estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and as-built documentation.

4. Assessing electrical requirements for projects and supervising their execution.

5. Handling electrical engineers, electrical Supervisors and electricians,

6. Co-ordination with civil, landscaping and plumbing team for execution work,

7. Coordinating with other contractors, consultants and agencies appointed by management.

8. Certifying subcontractor bills and maintaining communication with general contractors.

9. Monitoring progress and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

10. Understanding contract documents, project schedules, and construction sequencing.

11. Assisting in the installation of electrical systems for various components.

12. Coordinating electrical material systems and administration.

13. Liaising with consultants, engineers, and relevant personnel.

14. Ensuring quality documentation and records from electrical subcontractors.

15. Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of electrical work on-site.

16. Estimating, allocating resources, and managing manpower, materials, and equipment.

17. Providing technical support for high-tension line (HT) and low-tension line (LT) works.
