Responsible for overall M&E operations of the site

Knowledge in Operations and Maintenance of all Electrical Equipment's like Electrical Panels, DG Set, UPS, AC Plants, Electrical Distribution Boards, Motors, Batteries, Circuit Breakers etc. Define and publish preventive maintenance schedule for the Electro-Mechanical Equipment's, Earth Pits etc

Follow up with vendor for Preventive maintenance as per the schedule and provide a monthly report

Un-interrupted daily routine operation for maintenance of entire electrical installation in accordance with OEM's recommended operating procedure guidelines.

Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer's recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.
