Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Foreman to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on various projects. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will ensure the successful execution of electrical projects while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or industrial facilities.

Interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and assign tasks to the electrical team.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project duration.

Plan and schedule work assignments, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.

Train, mentor, and guide electrical technicians and apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.

Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify and resolve issues or malfunctions promptly.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to ensure the availability of necessary electrical materials and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, work orders, and equipment maintenance records.

Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce safety protocols, and investigate incidents or accidents to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field; additional certifications in project management or leadership are a plus.
