Bachelor/Master of Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Minimum 8 years’ core experience in Control design of

? Special purpose Automation machines

? Robotics/ Gripping systems and overall robotic cells

? Material feeding mechanisms, Conveyors

? Material handling pick/place and assembly systems

Must have clear and sound working knowledge in

? Panel design, Selection of Panel electrical elements

? Switch gear components selection

? Digital/Analog I/O Listings

? Wiring diagram of panels and field components

? PLC programming in Japanese/European brands

? HMI programming in Japanese/European brands

? PLC>PC communications and interfacing

? Barcode, 2D matrix, RF Scanners interfacing and programming

? Analog sensor interfacing and programming

? Servo motors/drives and servo systems

? Hydraulic controls

? Controlling principles of pneumatic /servo mechanisms
