Job Description

1. Develop 3-line diagrams, wiring and connection diagrams controlling schematics, lighting, grounding, cable tie up, cable protection, alignment of cables, and conduit layouts.

2. Observation and supervision control panel regularly at Plants for MEP works.

3. Handle all the issues of PLC panel, VFD drivers and motors.

4. Train technical staff in PLC troubleshooting and Electrical Systems.

5. Solve the breakdown problems of the machinery.

6. Rectify the available load in Plant and find out the requirements of the electrical power supply to run the plant without power failure.

7. Assessment of total power supply requirement at Crusher and RMC plant

8. Assessment of power backup requirements at Crusher and RMC plant

9. Installation of ELCB and MCB at designated areas.

10. Evaluation of Natural, Phase and Earth line functions properly

11. Rectification of electrical power leakages

12. Involve in job safety training and comply with all established rules and methods to ensure a safe and healthy work atmosphere.

13. Comply and enforce all safety plus GMP policies.

14. Assessment on installation of automation system upgrades implementation having conveyors robotic systems, product handling and palletizing systems etc.

15. Assist Maintenance Department for equipment repair.

16. Record in documents all electrical design changes.

17. Design new electrical engineering and control systems.

18. Perform with site staff and external experts to supervise and enhance site electrical systems utilization.

19. Head investigations along with site staff to identify and resolve plant electrical system issues.

20. Head and direct efforts to enhance electrical plant efficiency.

21. Assist construction projects as needed with on-location technical support.

22. Support plants start-ups along with commissioning activities.

23. Develop standard technical specifications and basic engineering drawings.
