Job Responsibility:

The candidate should be able to handle and maintain electrical equipment of generators, CNC machine center with about 10 Lathes and VMCs, heavy Injection machines, Number of hydraulic and power presses of 200 to 600 tones capacities,computerized high capacity bending, slot cutting and shearing machines, Air conditioner manufacturing plant, aluminum casting unit, Rubber molding presses,filter manufacturing, brake equipment, Air dryer and water purifier manufacturing units. , He shall be responsible for:

Installation of light and have heavy machines of approx electrical load up to 250 KVA.

Maintenance. of Generators up to 400 KVA

Maintenance. Of servos, UPS, compressors and other electrical equipment..

General electrical maintenance of lights, fans and air conditioners in all units.

For controlling power factor in all 6 Units.

For timely maintenance of transformers up to 630 KVA, VCBs and 11 KV line in all units.

Capable of selection of cable, switchgears as per requirement.

Should be conversant with safe practices for electrical maintenance and installations.

Organising safety awareness amongst factory workers.

The candidate Should have worked as Electrical Engineer in component manufacturing company, incharge of maintenance of given equipments.
