Assisting in compiling Tenders.
Scrutiny & Evaluating tenders documents, drawing & schedules etc.
Floating Enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers.
Comparison Studies based on suppliers quotation.
Negotiations with suppliers on both technical & commercial aspects of products.
Pricing for Electricals Tenders/ BOQs.
Tender Documentations & submitting the Bid / offer in time & follow ups.
Record keeping of Bid & Offers, Manufacturers & Suppliers Technical data etc.
Making Pre- Qualification documents & submission for the project specific questionnaires.
Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines for electrical installations.
Allocate tasks to electrical subcontractors and internal team members.
Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays.
Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes.
Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and potential risks.
Address any technical or logistical concerns that arise during the project.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including electrical drawings, permits, inspection reports, and change orders.
