 You have to co-ordinate with other Engineers and senior staffs in the day-to-day activities.

 Assisting in compiling Tenders.

 Scrutiny & Evaluating tenders documents, drawing & schedules etc.

 Floating Enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers.

 Comparison Studies based on suppliers quotation.

 Negotiations with suppliers on both technical & commercial aspects of products.

 Pricing for Electricals Tenders/ BOQs.

 Tender Documentations & submitting the Bid / offer in time & follow ups.

 Record keeping of Bid & Offers, Manufacturers & Suppliers Technical data etc.

 Making Pre- Qualification documents & submission for the project specific questionnaires.

 Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines for electrical installations.

 Allocate tasks to electrical subcontractors and internal team members.

 Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays.

 Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes.

 Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and potential risks.

 Address any technical or logistical concerns that arise during the project.

 Maintain comprehensive project documentation including electrical drawings, permits, inspection reports, and change orders.
