Job Description

Inventory Management: Should keep track of all electrical and instrumentation materials, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet project demands without overstocking.

Material Handling: Should receive, inspect, and store materials properly to prevent damage and ensure easy access. This involves maintaining an organized and efficient storage system.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate record of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing materials, and any discrepancies. Should use software tool to track and report inventory data.

Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure materials are available when needed and align with project timelines

Quality Control: Ensure that materials meet the required specifications and standards.

Cost Management: Monitor and control costs related to inventory, including minimizing waste and optimizing storage solution.

Safety and Compliance: Should ensure that all materials are stored and handled according to safety regulations and industry standards to prevents accidents and ensure ensure compliance.
