Job Description

 PLC Programming and Troubleshooting the problem.

 Logic Development for new machine.

 Preparation/ checking of electrical drawings for the machine.

 Monitored the manufacture of electrical device and operation to ensure

compliance with safety protocols. Plant & Machine Breakdown.

 Relay logic , Sensor logic.

 Panel Wiring.

 Star delta starter, Dol starter , Reverse Forward starter.

 Transformer Maintenance.

 Basic knowledge of electric control wiring.

 Servo configuration for all controls (Delta, Estun).

 AC Drive configuration (Mitsubishi, Siemens).

 Trouble shooting in electric control panel.

 Decision Making, critical thinking, organizing and planning.
