1. Scope of work-Design Requirements

2. Preparation of DBR (Design Basis Report).

3. Load Calculation and assessment of actual demand, maximum demand, rating of transformer, DG, UPS & Inverter as per requirement

4. Discussion with Architect for the Planning of Electrical room, HT Metering room, Substation & shafts etc.

5. Design & Detailing single line diagram of HT Panel, LT Panels & Distribution Boards

6. Earthing System calculations based on soil resistivity report & preparing earthing & lightning arrester layouts As per NBC & IEC

7. Design of various Layouts such as Cable tray, Bus duct, Power distribution, Lighting, Earthing

8. Design of LV System & Delivering the Customize solution for lighting, Fir Alarm, CCTV, Access control, PA system, Power, Raceway Layouts.

9. Design of lighting scheme using Dialux software with detail lighting layouts

10. Preparing detail BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & Estimate

11. Preparing Specification for Various equipments like HT & LT Panel , Transformer, Dg Set, UPS, LT & HT Installation Works

12. Floating Tender & Techno commercial Evaluations of received offer from vendors.

13. Inspections of Various Equipments like:-Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, DG Set

14. Co-ordination & integration with other services like Architecture, HVAC,firefighting, interior etc along with Client & Contractors.

15. Shop drawing approvals submitted by contractor

16. Support during Execution of project & at the time of Commissioning to Client & Contractors.
