Role Name : Senior Estimation & Billing Engineer

Job Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Estimation & Billing Engineer from electrical contracting company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing and invoicing, preparing estimates, cost estimation, vendor assessment, bid preparation, and attending site and client meetings. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

2. Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for various projects.

3. Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for potential projects.

4. Perform vendor assessment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

5. Attend site and client meetings, presenting estimates and bids, and addressing any queries or concerns.

6. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

2. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an Sr. Estimation & Billing Engineer from electrical contracting company.

3. Strong knowledge of billing & estimation.

4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

5. Strong communication and presentation skills.

6. Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office for cost estimation and billing.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

9. Should Have Auto Cad Knowledge.
