QUALIFICATION:

DIPLOMA/BE (Electrical Engineering)

SKILLS:

AutoCAD Electrical (Software Knowledge is must)

Min 1 year tenure Experience can apply.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.

Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and succeed.

Certification or relevant credentials in AutoCAD or related software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on AutoCAD software, covering various aspects including basic drawing commands, 3D modeling, advanced features, and industry-specific applications.

Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs and skill levels of the students.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.

Offer guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and assisting them in overcoming challenges.

Evaluate student progress and performance, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in AutoCAD software to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.

Collaborate with other trainers and faculty members to enhance the overall training program.
