Responsibilities:

Understand the vision and purpose of and align with the vision

Manage students effectively in the virtual classroom and motivate/encourage students

Tailor teaching methods to suit the difference in the competency of students

Monitor and assess the progress of students, setting goals for improvement

Deliver lessons to teach the knowledge, and techniques, support and enhance the student's understanding in the subject

Build rapport with both students and parents through effective communication

Conduct Online Classes as per schedule, including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement

Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the curriculum team aligned with learning objectives.

Plan, prepare, and execute timely assessments of students

Collaborate with other educators and SMEs virtually

Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned

Proactively respond to parent’s communications and concerns on the Learning Portal

Ensure compliance and adherence to company’s policies including cyber security

Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time
