Responsibilities- 1. Conduct live online sessions with students (age group-6-12) to teach block based coding.

2. Participate in certified training programs to learn how to teach 21st century skills using coding.

3. Assist curriculum developers and content creators to refine the course.

Required skills and experience-

ion for education and teaching for kids is a must.

2. Prior teaching experience is a must(not necessarily computer science).

3. Prior experience of teaching computer science or exposure to computer programing is prefered.

4. Excellent written and communication skills.

5. Ability to engage children in a learning sessions and the ability to transform every class into a joy- filled learning experience.

6. Prior experience in designing curriculum/ creating lesson plans is a must.

7. Should have an understanding of different pedagogical approaches and learner centric approach.

Qualification- B. Tech is prefered, candidates with TFI fellowship would be prefered.

Experience- Pre primary school teachers.

Persona- Young energetic teachers, CS background (prefered but not mandatory), pleasant and kid friendly person.

INTERVIEW PROCESS-

• Record a video on your phone (video duration: 2-4 mins), in which you have to give an introduction about yourself in first 60 secs (be creative, tell us your story in 60 secs!) and use the remaining time to narrate any story

• While narrating the story, imagine you are telling it to a 7-year-old on a WhatsApp video class

• We will evaluate the video on your ENERGY, VOICE MODULATION, BODY LANGUAGE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Keep it as engaging and fun as possible

• You can pick any child-friendly story, we will not be considering the story as part of our evaluation parameter
