This is a full-time on-site role of a Sales Executive for JD Institute of Fashion Technology located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting JD Institute's courses and services, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our programs.
Providing detailed information about the courses offered, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and career prospects.
Understanding the needs and aspirations of prospective students and advising them on the most suitable programs.
Addressing inquiries and concerns raised by prospective students, parents, or guardians.
Meeting with prospective students and their families for in-person consultations and campus tours.
Achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into enrolments.
Following up with prospective students through various communication channels to nurture leads and facilitate enrolment.
Collaborating with other departments such as admissions, marketing, and academic services to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
Participating in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions to promote the institute and generate leads.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Experience in the Education Industry is a must.
Customer-focused mind-set with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of the fashion industry and an understanding of educational programs.
