We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic, personal, and career goals. As a Counselor, you will provide support and guidance to students, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions about their futures.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues.

- Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and stress management techniques.

- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' academic and personal growth.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as college preparation, career exploration, and mental health awareness.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.

- Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of counseling and education.

**Qualifications: **

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

- Valid counseling license or certification.

- 2-4 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in an educational setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
