Position - Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding course selection, program requirements, and academic goals.

Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess student needs and develop personalized academic plans.

Assist students in overcoming academic challenges and obstacles.

Monitor students' academic progress and performance.

Collaborate with educators and administrators to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Assist in organizing educational workshops, seminars, and events.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions.

Stay updated on educational policies, programs, and resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Proven experience in academic counseling or related role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Empathetic and patient attitude towards students' needs and concerns.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of educational resources and support services.
