Shift
Work Days: Sunday to Saturday (With 1 weekly off between Monday to Friday)
Work Timings: 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays; 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays & 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday
Managing all enquiry channels including responding to, interacting with and closing enquiries.
Building data reports on enquiries and conversions.
Building reports, intelligence and insights from data collected.
Working with the Business Head to develop and execute monthly marketing plans.
Responsible for conversion targets for each individual branch and program across all cities.
Responsible for the return on investment for all marketing campaigns and ensuring value for money.
Training administration and staff to respond to enquiries and outgoing students for a proper entry
and exit process including counselling and direction.
Being the first point of contact for all enquiries and guiding them with the correct information and
admissions process.
Drive sales to implement the growth strategy of Theme Music Institutes.
Skills and personal qualities
Strong background in academic institutes, preferably international schools
A creative and analytical thinker, with a passion for the execution of plans
A clear and strong communicator
Excellent attention to detail
Quick to absorb and analyze information
Highly organized with an ability to manage teams with high expectations
