We are seeking for a dedicated Education Counselor with great communication skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding students through the educational journey, providing them with valuable insights and support to help them achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding courses offered, career prospects, and industry trends in animation, multimedia, and visual effects.

2. Conduct informative and engaging counseling sessions to understand students' career aspirations and assist them in selecting suitable courses tailored to their interests and goals.

3. Actively promote our programs through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person interactions to generate leads and achieve enrollment targets.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants to enhance the institute's reputation and student enrollment.

5. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and participate in marketing events, workshops, and seminars to attract potential students.

Requirements:

* The candidate must be graduate.

* Proven experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education or training industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
