Job Description:

Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices.

Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program

Managing the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course.

Execute prompt inquiries, follow-ups with leads through phone and emails.

Build pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets

Fee tracking and follow-up.

Increase individual conversions

Generate leads through referrals & improve conversions on those leads

Skill Requirements:

Outstanding oral and written communication in English language.

Minimum 1year & total experience and 1-3 years of outbound Tele-calling/ student counselling experience.

Should have completed graduation/post-graduation

Should have experience working on CRM

Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. He/she should be adept in excel

Should be a quick learner and should be able to multitask

Assist with phone calls and emails from client.

Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained.

Good interpersonal skills.

Keen to learn new skills within the team.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
