We provides counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.

Assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers.

Responsibility to handle outbound calls, cold calling, timely follow ups.

Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities.

Generating references from the students.

Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.

Should be active and capable to take initiative.

Skills & Abilities Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong convincing and persuation skills

Must have computer knowledge

Should be a hardworking person
