We provides counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.

 Assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers.

 Responsibility to handle outbound calls, cold calling, timely follow ups.

 Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities.

 Generating references from the students.

 Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.

 Should be active and capable to take initiative.

Skills & Abilities Required:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong convincing and persuation skills

 Must have computer knowledge

 Should be a hardworking person

 Flexible to work in all types of environment
