Handles a high volume of out-bound and in-bound student calls while meeting GCU customer service standards.

Makes initial contact in a timely manner.

Prepares and distributes necessary information to students regarding the program(s).

Education Counselor Qualifications

Should have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Collage Degree. Prior Counselling experience preferred.
