CareerKarma, an IT training institute, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Educational Counsellor to join our team. The role involves communicating with prospective students, providing guidance on various IT training courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their career development in the IT industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential students.
*Provide detailed information about IT training courses and programs.
*Counsel students and parents about the available training options.
*Guide students in choosing the right course based on their career goals.
*Follow up with prospective leads to ensure conversions.
*Maintain and update the student database.
*Assist in resolving student queries and provide necessary support.
*Promote the institute's offerings through effective communication.
*Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content.
*Provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational counseling.
*Strong knowledge of IT training programs is a plus.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
