Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance to prospective students and help them make informed decisions about their educational pathways. You will play a key role in supporting the admissions process and ensuring that students have a positive experience with the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential students through cold calling to provide information about available courses, programs, and admissions processes.

Counseling & Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs, offer advice on suitable courses, and explain eligibility criteria.

Admissions Support: Assist students in the admissions process, including documentation, form submissions, and answering any queries they may have.

Follow-ups: Maintain follow-up with leads, potential students, and their families to ensure they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various marketing and outreach channels.

Office Work: Perform administrative duties related to student admissions, maintaining records, and handling communication with students.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Training:

3-day Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the processes, systems, and best practices.
