Responsibilities

Conducting counselling sessions with students.

Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities.

Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs.

Creating academic and career development plans.

Directing students and families to helpful resources.

Guiding students through academic improvement.

Helping students to develop transferable skills.

Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions.

Maintaining notes and student records.

Requirements

Education: Graduation.

Experience: at least three years of counselling

Languages: English-Hindi.

Skills: written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentiality

Work environment

Full-time in-office position, 48 hours per week.

Supplemental pay (overtime and bonuses).
