Job Responsibilities:

Student Counseling and Support:

Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their career goals and preferences.

Provide detailed information about BTech courses, colleges, and admission processes in India.

Admission Process Assistance:

Guide students through college applications, entrance exams, and document submission.

Assist in preparing required documents such as resumes, SOPs, and application forms.

Travel and Outreach

Travel locally and regionally to meet students, parents, and educational institutions.

Attend and represent AdmissionsSimplified at educational expos, seminars, and career fairs.

Program Recommendations:

Recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways based on the students profile and aspirations.

Stay updated on industry trends, college rankings, and admission criteria.

Follow-Up and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.

Regularly follow up with students to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Willingness to travel as part of the job.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
