The incumbent is responsible to contribute to various Education Research and tool development programs at Prayoga

Job Responsibilities

- responsible to work alongside the education research team

- actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives

- Identify relevant tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same

- provide support in the areas of research, data analysis and reporting

Qualification

- A graduate/master degree in science. Master degree in Education () desired

- in Education preferred

- Basics of statistics and use of SPSS tool or any equivalent statistical tools

Minimum Requirements

- teaching experience of 5-7 years

- readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain

- acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study

- willingness to learn and contribute

- understanding of education psychology

- willingness to work in teams

- good hands-on experience in statistics is preferred
