The primary responsibilities for this teaching job would be to teach the assigned batch of the students. And to deliver the content to the students as per their schedule and curriculum. Also, the faculties would have to maintain and manage the in class activities of the students. And they would also be required to monitor discipline of the students. Additionally, they would have to discuss pre-class and post-class homework with the students and to resolve the doubts that students may have during class or after the class. Finally, the objective for this teaching job is to maintain and improve the progress of each of the students of the batch. And to find out the reasons for poor performance of the students and to tackle them with the right approach and content.
