JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Making Calls to prospective candidates and counsel to get enrolled with us for various courses.

2) Follow up the leads for final admissions and gain maximum conversion through the leads.

3) Counselling Students about our courses and programs.

4) Candidate must have had experience in counselling students.

5) Confident to achieve individual targets.

6) Counselling prospective applicants and their parents, over the phone.

7) Tele-counselling, coordinating and speaking to students/partners on phone.

8) Regular follow-ups with prospective students via email and telephone from the first enquiry to the time of conversion into admission.

9) Maintaining monthly MIS reports regarding enquiry and conversion status.
