1. Speaking to the professionals/candidates primarily over the phone, answering their queries related to the program and convincing them to enroll in the program

2. Having correspondence with the candidates by email or over the call

3. Handling inbound and outbound calls related to admission and counseling

4. Making outbound calls to prospective candidates from the point of inquiry to the admission and documentation process for the same

5. Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant information whenever required and assuring timely closure

6. Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis

7. Enquiry handling, admission procedures, marketing and brand building

8. Giving projections on admission for every month

9. Preparing and maintaining all the data over Google Sheets and in-house CRM (lead, contact, new opportunity, editing records)
