Roles and Responsibilities

To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations

To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination

Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake

Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes

Key KPIs-

Achieve targets for Leads,

Be certified as a counsellor for assigned destinations.

100% Quality Check pass of Applications through.

Conduct Local Initiative Strategy activities in the local market

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in any field

Required Skillset:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent Counselling and convincing skills

Overseas education industry experience preferred

Good interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality

Presentation skills
