Responsibilities:
Outbound process: Up-sell & cross-sell executive and UG/PG courses.
Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Requirements:
Experience as Telesales / Telemarketing, Counselors, Inside Sales Executive or Tele-Counselor mandatory.
Fresher - Any Graduate
Graduate Freshers with Good English communication and understanding of sales are most welcome.
