Role & Responsibilities:
Understand all services provided by the Company for PG, Masters, Diploma,
Certificate and MBA work-ex courses
Do outbound calling on leads received through marketing activities/database & cold
le inbound prospect calls/leads and convert them into students
Find out and arrange meeting with relevant people in companies to arrange seminars and sell programs offered by the University for their employees Consult, counsel and follow up with potential students, understand their requirements, communicate details of the programs, suggest a roadmap, and sign them up for services Responding to prospect’s queries over emails and following up consistently Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities Maintain CRM and database of prospects Education & Work Experience requirements:MBA is mandatory. Master’s / Post-graduate degree will be an added mum of 1 year of experience in admission/ education counseling. (Freshers with exceptional ‘fire-in-belly’ and good communication skills can also apply)Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with students Ability to hold a conversation with senior industry professionals Working knowledge of Microsoft
