Job Location: Easy Admissions Sky Walk Building, 5/1, Assaye Road, Ulsoor, Pulikeshi Nagar , Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for overseas universities as per their profile.

Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting

Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries

Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets

Assisting the students with the admission procedure for universities abroad

Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities.

Follow up with students for pending documents and payments.

Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads

Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission

Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs

Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.

Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards

Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.

Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

Required Candidate profile

The desired candidate should be flexible and excel in a fast-paced environment with leadership skills to coordinate a highly efficient team and prospective students for study abroad!

1. Graduation required [Any stream].

2. Experience in student counseling for studies abroad will be an asset

3. Fluency in English and Kannada is a must.

4. International study /travel experience will be an advantage

Work Timings:

- 6 days working week including weekend - 09:30 am to 06:00 pm

- 1 weekday off
