• CRM and Telephony Management: Utilize telephony and CRM systems for effective communication and record-keeping.
• MIS Maintenance: Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking student queries, updating the status of actions taken, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Ticketing System Management: Log calls, raise tickets, and follow up with various departments to ensure timely closure of issues.
