Responsibilities
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
Booking Demos for customers, follow ups, and converting to enrollments
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/address any queries
Manage sales pipeline
Track metrics to ensure targets are met
Requirements
Proven experience as telesales/BD representative or other B2C sales role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (. CRM software)
Ability to learn about products and services and pitch/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
