Job Description
As an editorial coordinator, you will oversee editorial content and production timelines of other freelance writers around the world. You will generate topics of contents based on world’s events and trending keywords related to finance and then direct content writers to produce contents that can be used on our website.
Tasks
You will manage multiple documents to ensure that they are relevant, informative and grammatically correct. You may be responsible for newsletters, blogs, press releases, marketing collateral and internal communications.
Reviewing and critiquing the work of others can be a daily task. It is essential to maintain a production calendar with internal staff and freelancers. You work with us to research, develop and implement new contents.
Requirements
You must have at least two years of journalistic experience. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be able to find a suitable quiet place at home to focus on work and get the job done. Since this is remote work, it is important that you have an ability to focus and direct other freelancers to submit their work on time.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communication or related field
