Job Responsibilities
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the financial industry to deliver confident writing at multiple levels of sophistication.
Create engaging content and enhance existing content as per the market demands in all formats.
Managing a team of content writers, marketing associates and creative media associates to meet the content needs of the organization.
Coordinate with design teams for relevant blog and interview images & updating the content.
Editing and proofreading content on the websites. Reviewing articles for error-free content and ensuring cross-links and keywords are used appropriately.
Publishing interviews and ensuring the respective company page is updated with the companys resources, news and events.
Assisting other teams in their content requirements, client campaigns,etc. Conducting necessary training sessions for different teams
Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Update website content as needed.
Skills & Requirements
The candidate for this position must have proven experience in the Finance sector which includes mange content and editing stories for a business with accuracy and clarity.
Have had experience in managing/editing magazine or in Newspaper industry.
Lead a team of content writers & sub editors.
Familiarity with web publications.
The candidate with working experience in print publication.
The candidate should have experience in utilizing current English usage and research standards. The candidate must have substantial experience in proofreading, content layout, production, and audience engagement measurement concepts.
Strong project management, written and oral communication skills.
Results-driven, highly collaborative. Ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Should be a post graduate with 12 -15 years of experience in content development, management and marketing.
