Position: E-commerce Sales Executive
Location: 4th Floor, P S Srijan Tech Park, DN Block, Sector V, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata, West Bengal
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Shift: Fixed Day Shifts (9Am to 9pm Window hrs shift)
5days working 2 days rational off)
Salary: Upto 27,000 INR CTC per month
Incentives: Fixed incentive of 6,000 INR

Responsibilities:
• Drive e-commerce sales through effective communication and customer engagement.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and onsite in Kolkata.
